Mutants have always existed from the beginning of time. In the past, they were seen as denizens of the realms of magic. Some humans believed in their existence, some did not, even when the evidence was right before their eyes. As years - centuries and millennia, even - went by, mutantkind enjoyed periods of calm, broken by times of war as humans decided they were a threat to "normal" people.
Even now, in present day Seoul, not much has changed...except for opinions. Some humans still fear the steadily growing mutant population, while others embrace it, viewing mutants as simply a natural progression in humankind's advancement in the world. Many still support the overzealous methods of the Mutant Containment Bureau, but the number of humans who believe that mutants have the right to live their lives in peace and calm is growing...
But as with every growth, there is pain. Not everyone believes the same. And as mutant factions and human bystanders clash, tempers and tensions rise and flare.
We decide what will be left when the dust settles.
We decide what to do with our one chance.
