Rino Has fled to the earth kingdom in fear that the powers she yield would be used and abused.
She had lost everything in her move and she had tried to rebuild her life in the Earth Kingdom, doing what she had done in the Fire nation by working in people's houses helping clean, cook and keep things in order.
It was hard to find those jobs in the Earth Kingdom at the moment since she was so new to the olave and she didn't have a good reputation here yet but she hoped the people who had given her a chance could help her improve her reputation.
Rino had finished her jobs for today and walked the Earth Kingdom as people took a second glance at her.
Yet she noticed something in the corner of her eyes
" Fire?" She questioned lowly

Akira had in no way thought or even considered that he would be back in the earth kingdom - let alone Ba Sing Se - so soon, if a year or two could be called 'soon', but here he was; wandering the streets and making attempts to avoid being taken note of by any who may have once known himself or at least would be familiar enough in certain circles. Thankfully however his choice to have dismounted the large feline that towered slightly over and padded alongside him at the very least did well in deterring those who had passed from staring too long and not capable of observing too much given his dust covered appearance and general attire thankfully were of little interest to others.
So the only concern that he would have were to find suitable accommodation that would be accepting of one rather large feline, not that it would matter if not there were always other alternatives that were somewhat more preferable even if it would be a hindrance later. So many thoughts were passing through Akira's mind that he had not registered the fact that he had subconsciously lifted a hand and had conjured up a small flame to begin taking the time to practice with - damn such a habit of needing to keep himself occupied! But then again he needed the practice - ensuring he kept such as concealed as were possible.
However it were clearly not going to be enough; for though it took a few moments for him to register such a thing and were only because of a soft yet wary grumbling from his companion who would receive a hand running down his side in an attempt to silence the other. "Shush Hector . . . . . . what's gotten into you . . . . . . " Akira would begin before silence would follow as his gaze would shift around and come to focus upon who he would but assume were the cause for such a minor fuss, which would as it were to turn out be the woman that were currently staring upon him.
A minor flicker of dread - well, maybe not dread but one could never quite know how others would react depending upon what they had seen- would pass through Akira before he eventually noted there were little reason for such worry and alternatively she seemed more curious than anything. "Sorry Ma'am? Was there a problem you needed help with?" Hand and flame quickly dropped away as Akira spoke and made attempts at determining just what and how to proceed - well didn't hurt to be polite to begin with in case it were something else that may have been asked of him right?

Rino was curious and her interest was peaked as she hadn't seen any signs of her homeland since she fled here and now there was a potential fire bender nearby
Rino didn't want to waste the opportunity so she approached him with a warm smile, she approached carefully so she could keep herself on a low profile.
" I didn't know there were other firebenders here in the Earth kingdom."
Rino flashed a small amount of fire at the other person.
" I just wanted to talk with someone like me
